2. Schedule a Free Consultation
Request a consultation or book directly. You’ll receive a response within 48 hours. Please note that, while recommended, this is not required if you're seeking an industry and market research package (tertiary or secondary) following completion of your intake form.

3. Discovery Call Meet with Dr. Jenkins to review your intake, clarify objectives, and identify the best path forward.

4. Customized Recommendations You’ll receive a tailored service outline based on your needs. You decide which services to move forward with.

5. Agreement & Payment
Sign the service agreement and submit payment to begin. Work starts once payment is received. Please note that selecting the primary research package requires only half of the upfront payment. The payment options can be discussed further with the client.

6. Research & Development
Your selected business planning and/or research services are completed within the agreed timeline, based on the scope of the project.

7. Review & Strategy Session Dr. Jenkins presents your deliverables, explains key insights, and provides strategic guidance.

8. Ongoing Support Your service includes a 30-minute follow-up call and email support for questions related to your deliverables.
