1. General Policy
All consulting and digital service fees are considered non-refundable once work has commenced, access to proprietary materials has been granted, or a digital file has been delivered.
However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns promptly through revision, clarification, or additional support where appropriate.
2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances:
• Duplicate Payment: If a client is mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
• Service Not Rendered: If a payment was made but no consultation, meeting, deliverable, or work product has been initiated.
• Technical Error: If a digital transaction or download error prevented access to paid materials.
• Early Cancellation: If the client changes their mind before any preparatory work begins.
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to okera.jenkins@strategicbusinessoptimization.com within seven (7) business days of the original transaction, including proof of payment and a brief explanation for the request.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
• Completed strategy sessions, consultations, or discovery calls
• Business plans, market analyses, or research deliverables already provided
• Customized documents, templates, or digital downloads once delivered
• Retainers or deposits for ongoing contracts (as they secure project scheduling and resources)
4. Revisions and Satisfaction Adjustments
Rather than issuing refunds for completed work, SBO may, at its discretion, offer:
• One complimentary revision (if within the original project scope)
• Credit toward future services of equal or lesser value
• Additional consultation time to address outstanding needs
Our objective is to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining fairness and integrity in our professional relationships.
5. Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting SBO to resolve the concern, all ongoing services and access to deliverables will be paused until the matter is settled. We encourage clients to communicate directly with our team for prompt resolution.
