Step 2: Schedule Your Free Consultation
You may request a free consultation and receive a response within 48 hours—or directly schedule a consultation at your convenience.
Step 3: Initial Discovery Call
Once confirmed, Dr. Jenkins will connect with you via phone or video call to discuss your intake form and gather additional insights.
Step 4: Tailored Recommendations
Based on your business needs, Dr. Jenkins will outline a customized plan of action. You remain in full control of which services you’d like to move forward with.
Step 5: Decision & Agreement
You’ll have 72 hours to decide whether to proceed and send back the signed agreement. If you choose to continue, payment must be completed before Dr. Jenkins begins the work. Payment must be made within 5 business days from the date of the signed agreement or it will be terminated. If an extension is needed, please email us as soon as possible.
Step 6: Collateral Development
Dr. Jenkins will begin building your personalized business collateral from the time of payment. A review session will typically be scheduled within 7–14 days, depending on the scope of your plan. More extensive projects may require additional time.
Step 7: Review & Strategy Session
During your second meeting, Dr. Jenkins will present the completed collateral, walk you through key insights, and provide strategic direction.
Step 8: Ongoing Support
After delivery, you’ll receive continued support:
• A 30-minute follow-up call is included in your plan.
